Void Cancellation

Cancellation shall be declared null and void: 1. When the document on the basis of which it has been made is adjudicated null and void or false; 2. When there is an error which cannot be amended or a fraud is proved; but in such cases nullity shall prejudice third parties only if there is already pending in court a suit which has been duly registered.
