The acts carried out by the minor without due permission are null and void, with the exception of what is foreseen in articles 1058 and 1059, but the minor shall not invoke this fact in the following cases: 1. In the obligations contracted in relation to matters of art or in a profession of which he/she is an expert; 2. If he/she deceitfully presented him/herself as having reached the age of majority. § Sole paragraph - A simple statement or suggestion of majority or emancipation is not sufficient, in this case, to constitute deceit.
