Territorial Jurisdiction of Courts

The court of the minor’s domicile is competent to decide on his/her person and assets. § 1 – The provision of this article does not preclude provisional measures, that may be necessary, relating to the assets held by the minor in other jurisdictions. § 2 – In such case, the measures taken shall be communicated to the competent court and the minor’s curator.
