Cases in which the transferor is not responsible for the eviction

The transferor does not answer for eviction: 1. If it was so stipulated, or if, the transferee having been informed of the risk of eviction, took it upon himself; 2. If the transferee knowing the right of the third party seeking eviction, fraudulently conceals the same from the transferor; 3. If the eviction proceeds upon a cause subsequent to the act of transfer not attributable to the transferor, or from an act of a transferee, whether subsequent or prior to the transfer; 4. If the transferee has not impleaded the transferor.
