Position of principal and attorney in relation to third parties

The principal is liable to any other person, in accordance with the terms of article 1345, for whatever the attorney had done as such, in relation to that person; but the attorney has no right to recover from such person, in the name of the principal, the fulfillment of the obligations contracted by the same person. Such right vests in the principal.
