Insolvency of some of the heirs of the evicted person

The evicted person shall be indemnified by the co-heirs, in proportion of their hereditary shares, but in case any of them has become insolvent, the remaining co-heirs shall be liable for his part, in the said proportion, after deducting the share which would correspond to the indemnified.
