Ingredients of prescriptive possession

Possession for the purpose of prescription should be: 1. Founded on title; 2. In good faith; 3. Peaceful; 4. Continuous; 5. Open and Public. § Sole paragraph - The provisions of this article admit of no exception which is not expressly laid down by law.
