Draining of properties

The provisions of the preceding articles are applicable to the waters flowing from ditches, artificial conduits, trenches, drains, furrows or from any other mode of drainage of the properties, when such waters have to cross a property or properties of different owners, to reach any water course or any other route of discharge.
