Partial eviction

Where the transferee was only deprived of part of the thing, or part of right transferred, the preceding provisions shall be followed in respect of the portion from which he is evicted, it being lawful for the transferee to rescind the contract or demand compensation for such part, in the manner referred to hereinabove.
