Payment of the debts of the inheritance by a mere owner

If the usufructuary does not want to advance the amounts mentioned in the preceding article, the owner may sell out the assets under usufruct those which are necessary for the payments of the debts or pay them from his own funds, in the latter case, he shall be entitled to recover from the usufructuary the corresponding interests.
