Probative value of extrajudicial admission Extrajudicial admission, which is merely oral, is inadmissible in cases where the oral evidence by witnesses is not admissible; in the cases where oral evidence is admissible, it is left to the wisdom of the adjudicator to assess its effects depending upon the circumstances of the case and other evidence in the proceedings. The admission by private instrument may be appreciated as per provisions of articles 2431 to 2440.
