Duration of assignment of incomes

The assignment of income may be created:- 1. For a specified number of years; 2. Without specific number of years, but till the payment of amount due, which shall be specified, and also of interest, if payable. § Sole paragraph: In case of no.2 of this article, the entrustment contract may be only by indicating in advance the amount which should be adjusted towards the principal, every year, whether the income is higher or lower than the amount.
