Imposition of time limit for acceptance or renunciation

When anyone is interested that the heir should declare whether he accepts or renounces the inheritance, he may apply, after the expiry of nine days, from its opening, to the court of the domicile of the heir that a reasonable time, not exceeding thirty days, be fixed inviting him to make his declaration within the prescribed time, failing which the inheritance shall be deemed as accepted.
