Determination of society

The society ends:- 1. By the lapse of the time for which it was entered into; 2. Where its purpose is extinguished; 3. By the fulfilment of its objective; 4. By the death or interdiction of any of the shareholders; 5. Through renunciation by any of the shareholders and in the case of sole paragraph of article 1274.
