Assets chargeable for debts prior to marriage

However, in case the assets brought by the debtor to the conjugal society are not sufficient, the creditors for the debts mentioned in the preceding articles may, have themselves paid, through his/her moiety in the acquired assets but only after the dissolution of the marriage or separation.
