Cancellation of mortgage concerning legally disabled person

Parents as administrators of the assets of their children, or guardians of minors and interdicted persons and any other administrators even if entitled to receive or give discharge may only consent to the cancellation of the inscription relating to any mortgage of their wards, or persons subject to registration, in case of effective payment.
