If the owner of the thing is unknown, and from the deposit itself it is evident, that it was made more than 30 years earlier, the find shall belong entirely to the owner of the property where the thing was buried or hidden, provided he has found it personally; and, if the same was found by any other person, it shall belong 2/3rd to the owner of the property and 1/3rd to the finder. § Sole Paragraph - If the property, where the deposit was found, is of the nature of emphyteusis or sub-emphyteusis, the holder or sub-holder shall be treated on par with the owner with full ownership for the purposes of this Article.
