Limitation of suit for annulment

The suit for rescission on account of incapacity becomes barred, against the legally disabled person, by lapse of five years, which are counted from: 1. In case of incapacity, by minority from the date from which the incapable attains majority or is emancipated; 2. In case of incapacity by interdiction, from the day on which it ceases.
