Description of assets to be allotted in preferential manner or belonging to a third party

Where there are in the inheritance some assets belonging to a third person or which devolve to any heir in preferential manner, they shall be listed separately, along with the respective documents. § Sole paragraph – The assets belonging to a third person shall not be delivered to him, when there is any doubt, unless the said third person proves his right.
