Mistake as to the other party

Where the mistake is in relation to the person with whom the contract is entered into, the provisions of the preceding article, in respect of the object of the contract, shall be applicable; but if the mistake is in relation to the person who is not party to the contract, the provisions of article 660 shall be applicable.
