Renewal of provisional registration of suits

Provisional Registration of suits may be renewed by proving through certificate that the proceedings are still pending. § Sole paragraph - The said registration may also be renewed on the basis of certificate proving the annulment of the proceeding; but in this case it will lapse unless fresh proceedings are filed within a period of 60 days.
