Disposal of assets of dissolved legal persons

Where any corporation or association referred to in the preceding article, is dissolved on whatever ground, its assets shall be incorporated in the assets of the State when any special law has not given any other different destination :-

§ Sole paragraph - However, the clauses whereby the founders or benefactors of any legal person stipulate the mode of disposal of assets in case of dissolution, are valid.
