Article 1621 – Transfer of property on account of execution Where the transmission results from execution, the following shall be observed: § 1 - The tenancies subject to registration shall subsist provided that the registration of the tenancy is prior to the registration of the act which gave rise to the execution. § 2 - The tenancies not subject to registration shall subsist, despite the execution, for all the time for which the contract has been made except if otherwise agreed upon.
