Gifts ‘Mortis Causa’

The gifts, which are to produce their effects upon the death of the donor, have the nature of disposition of the last wishes, and shall be subject to the rules laid down under the title on Wills. § Sole paragraph - The provision of this article does not include the gifts for marriage even though they have to produce their effects after the death of the donor.
