Absolute and determinable ownership

Absolute ownership is that which by virtue of the title on which it is founded cannot be terminated or revoked without the consent of the owner, except in cases of acquisition for public purpose; determinable ownership is that which according to the title on which it is based is subject to revocation independently of the will of the owner.
