Hunting in plantation lands

In the lands, which are cultivated as vineyard or with other fruit bearing trees, perennial or of small capacity, it is lawful to hunt only within the period falling between plucking of the fruits till the time the tree starts budding. The municipal councils shall fix the time limit for each year within which the liberty granted for hunting shall cease.
