Separation in remaining regime

In case the wife is married under the dotal regime or under any other kind of separation of assets, the judicial separation will be permitted only when the dotal or separate assets are susceptible to deterioration and the refund of endowment is not sufficiently secured by way of any of the modes established in Article 1139.
