Refusal of mandate

Where the attorneys in the judicial proceedings, out of deference to the opposite party, refuse to accept the Power of Attorney conferred, the judge, upon the application made by the principal shall appoint any of them, who accepts it, failing which they are liable for suspension for six months, if no legitimate excuse is proved.
