Rendering of accounts toward former wards major or emancipated

Where the minor is emancipated or attains the age of majority, accounts shall be presented to him/her, with the assistance of the curator and of the pro-guardian. Sole paragraph - The balance resulting from these accounts shall be subject to legal interest in favour or against the guardian; in the first case, from the time the payment is requested from the former ward, preceded by the surrendering of his property, and in the second case, from the time of the approval of the accounts.
