What is to be done in case of indivisible things which have not been brought by licitation and which do not fit in the lots

Where amongst the assets to be partitioned there is any thing in respect of which there has not been licitation and which neither can be fitted in the lots nor can be divided due to its nature or without detriment, the parties or their representatives shall deliberate, whether it should be sold and how, or if it should be adjudicated to any of the heirs upon the condition of payment of due owelty or partition, or, finally, whether they would enjoy it in common.
