Right of subrogation in respect of acceptance of inheritance

The creditors of the person, who renounces the inheritance to their prejudice, may be judicially authorized to accept it in the place and in the name of the debtor, but the remainder of the estate, after the creditors having been paid, shall not go to the person who renounced it, but it shall pass to the immediate heirs.
