Effects of the death of non-absentee spouse

In the event the non-absentee spouse dies, before the period laid down in the preceding article, the assets of the absentee shall be handed over in the same manner to his heirs, who will be deemed as definitive curators and the period of administration of the deceased spouse shall be duly taken into consideration.
