Seizure of counterfeited objects

The holders of certificates or their representatives, may apply in case of suspicion of counterfeit, for seizure of counterfeited objects or of instruments which may only be utilized for their fabrication upon furnishing prior security. § Sole paragraph - In this case, however, if the applicant does not file a suit within fifteen days, the seizure shall stand vacated and the opponent may sue the applicant for losses and damages.
