Pupillary substitution

The testator who has children or other descendants under parental control, and who will not be, on the death of the testator, under the control of another ascendant may substitute them with heirs and legatees of his choice, in case the said children or other descendants die, before completing fourteen years of age, without distinction of sex; this is called pupillary substitution.
