Disqualification of heir or legatee

Whoever, by deception, fraud or violence, prevents anyone from making his last disposition, shall be punished as per the penal law; and being an intestate heir, he shall further be deprived of his right to the inheritance which shall devolve upon those persons who would be entitled thereto if the said heir did not exist.
