Article 900 – Mortgage relating to credit with interest - The mortgage concerning a credit on which interest accrues, includes interest not only of the year preceding summons for the execution as well as during the pendency of the execution, in order to have benefits of the mortgage independent of registration. § Sole paragraph - The interest, relating to previous years has the security of the mortgage as a distinct debt, if registered as such.
