Grounds for removal of guardian

The following persons may be removed from the guardianship: 1. The testamentary guardian or the legal guardian who begins exercising his/her functions before the summoning of the family council and the appointment of the pro-guardian; 2. Those who neither apply for nor promote the inventory in terms of the law; 3. Those who carry on wrongly in their management, regarding both the persons and the property of those subject to guardianship; 4. Those who, after their appointment, fall within one of the reasons for exclusion mentioned in the preceding section.
