Appeal against the acts of the curator

The person under interdiction may have recourse to the judge of the interdiction proceedings, when he believes that his curators have abused their duties in any form. The judge shall decide in terms of the law, after hearing the Public Ministry, and if required, the family council. An appeal from his decision shall lie to the High Court which shall decide it finally.
