Transactions subject to provisional registration

The following may be registered provisionally:- 1. All contractual mortgages, and the statutory mortgages mentioned in Clauses 3 and 6 of Article 906; 2. Encumbrances on immovable property; 3. Transfers resulting from contract; 4. Suits; 5. In general, all the acts mentioned in Article 949, for which the Registrar refuses final registration, in terms of Art. 981.
