Reconciliation of the spouses

The effect of separation may be annulled by way of agreement between the spouses, provided that the same is executed by way of public deed or public indenture and published in the same manner prescribed in respect of application and judgment of separation. § Sole paragraph - The effects of such agreement, in respect of third persons, only begin to run from the date of the said publication.
