Documents admissible for final registration

For final registration only the following shall be admissible; 1. Certified copies of Judgments; 2. Records of compromise; 3. Certificates of the decisions of the family council or orders of the court in matter within its powers; 4. Deeds, Wills or any other authentic document; 5. Documents from authorized property credit institutions; 6. Documents of private contracts of value not exceeding Rs. 1,000 (one thousand escudos) in the cases permitted under the code and possessing the requirements laid down therein; 7. Contracts of lease of immovable properties for more that four years or for more than one, if there has been advance payment of rent.
