Extinguishment of the contract by death of the parties

The contract of domestic service ends upon the death of the employer or of the workman. In the first case, the workman has the right to be paid all remuneration accrued and for fifteen days more; in the second case, only the heirs of the workman may claim the accrued remuneration.
