Concept of Possession

Possession is the retention or enjoyment of any thing or right. § 1 - Permissive acts or acts of mere tolerance do not constitute possession. § 2 - Possession continues so long as the retention or enjoyment of a thing or right lasts, or the possibility of continuing the same exists.
