Cases in which the office devolves on guardian of person under disability

Where there is no surviving spouse, nor heirs, in terms of the preceding article the office of the administrator shall devolve on the guardian of the heirs under disability and there being more than one group of them with different guardians, on one of the guardians chosen by the judge, and, until there is no guardian appointed, the judge shall appoint provisionally one administrator from amongst the nearer relatives of the heir under disability.
