Right to apply for certain statutory mortgages

The mortgage meant to secure the responsibility of the tutor, curator or administrator, after determining its value, in terms of article 919, may be directed to be registered by the curator, by members of the family council, if any, or relatives of the minor or the interdicted person, save for what is provided in article 984.
