Quasi Usufruct

If the usufruct includes consumable things, the usufructuary may consume them; but he is bound to return their value at the end of the usufruct if the said thing has been estimated; if they have not been, they may effect the restitution by delivering other things of the same kind, quality or quantity or of the same value as these things at the stage at which the usufruct terminates.
