Inventory of minor’s assets

The surviving spouse shall institute within sixty days after the death of the other spouse, inventory proceedings for the assets that belong to the minor or that must be shared with him/her. § Sole paragraph - The spouse who fails to do so shall lose the right of usufruct over the child’s assets.
