Unauthorized publication of manuscript

Whoever publishes any manuscript, which includes private letters, without permission of the author, during his lifetime or lifetime of heirs or representatives, shall be responsible for losses and damages. § Sole paragraph: The provision of the article does not come in the way of the right granted under article 575 in respect of private letters.
