Transcription of marriage by Portuguese citizen in a foreign country Every Portuguese citizen, who has contracted marriage in a foreign country, shall, within three months, counted from the date of his return to the kingdom, effect entry in the office of the Civil Registration of the place of his domicile, of the record of his marriage, supported by authentic document from the civil registration, from which it is established that the marriage was lawfully performed.
