Falsity of documents

The falsity of the document may consist of: 1. In lack of its genuineness; 2. Lack of genuineness of some of the person shown as parties or witnesses; 3. In mentioning therein an act as done, which really, was not done; 4. In the vitiation of the date, context or signatures of the document.
